Why I started.

I opened up for business in August 2019 when I had a random idea after baking some flake cupcakes for fun for my two children
I then got the bug for baking and started trying out different flavoured cupcakes, then it became a small idea which grew and grew…and now we are here!

I never thought I would get this far and I am so grateful to all of my customers for their ongoing support and orders, because without you all I wouldn’t be here on this website today.

About me.

My name is Natasha Chapman and I am the sole member of Buttercup Bakery.
I have been married to my husband Chris for almost 2 years and been together 8 years. We have two beautiful children Lydia-May aged 6 and Caleb almost 4.

I work part-time for Dyson which fits in well with my two children, along with juggling my baking business from home.

I passed my Food Hygiene certificate and am awaiting my visit to get my Food Hygiene Rating.
